CJM Captures is a sports photography service run by Connor in Chicago, Illinois. This page explains what information this website collects and how it is used.

What I collect

The only information collected is what you type into the contact form:

• Name and email address
• Shoot location, date, and start and end times
• Type of booking (individual, group, or team), number of people, and sport or subject
• Your school or team name and, if you give it, your jersey number
• For group bookings, the names and jersey numbers of the other people, which you provide on their behalf
• Anything you add to the optional project brief

I only ask for what I need to quote, schedule, and reply to a booking request.

How it is used

Your details are used to reply to you and to plan the shoot. I do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

How the form works

When you press Send, the form is sent over HTTPS to a small service hosted on Cloudflare, which passes the message to me.

Cookies, tracking, and third parties

• This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts.
• The site has no embedded third-party content. The Instagram link opens Instagram in a new tab, and Instagram’s own policies apply there.
• The site is hosted by a third-party web host, which may keep standard server logs.

Keeping and deleting your information

I keep booking requests for up to 1 year, then delete them. To see, correct, or delete what I have about you, contact me using the details below.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. If the athlete is under 13, a parent or guardian should make the request.

Contact

Use the contact form or message @cjm_captrz on Instagram.
