These terms apply when you book a shoot with CJM Captures. By sending a booking request or paying for a shoot, you agree to them.

Services and pricing

Individual: $25 per athlete. Includes 5–10 edited photos and a high-res download.
Group: $15 per person, with a minimum of 4 people. Includes 5–10 edited photos of each person and a high-res download.
Team: $120 per team. Includes 100–200 edited photos and a shared gallery link. This is game or event coverage, and photos of each individual athlete are not guaranteed.

The final details of each shoot are confirmed with you before the date.

Please send your request at least 4 days before the event. Shorter notice may not be possible.

Payment is due after the shoot and before I send the photos. I accept Venmo and Cash. No deposit is required.

You can cancel or reschedule for free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Contact me through the contact form or Instagram.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, payment is still due.

Refunds are given at my discretion. If bad weather stops the shoot, you will not owe anything for it.

Edited photos are delivered within 3–7 business days after the shoot, by download or gallery link.

All photos remain the property of CJM Captures.
You may post the photos on social media. Please credit CJM Captures (@cjm_captrz).
Schools and teams may use the photos if they paid for the shoot or I have given consent.
Please ask me before selling the photos or using them for anything else.

I may share photos from a shoot on this website or on Instagram (@cjm_captrz). If you do not want your photos shared, tell me before the shoot.

If the athlete is under 13, a parent or guardian must make the request and consent to the shoot.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
